What is Rachel's Typical Process for Working with a New Customer?

1. Fill Out the Form:
   Start by completing the form on this page to provide details about your needs, goals, and current closet setup. This helps us prepare for your consultation and ensures we address your specific concerns.

2. Phone Consultation:
   After reviewing your form, we’ll schedule a complimentary 10-minute phone consultation. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, answer any questions, and determine how best to approach your closet transformation.

3. Deposit & Calendar Date:
   Once we finalize the details, you’ll secure your appointment with a 50% deposit through the Selective Seconds invoicing system. You’ll also receive confirmation of your calendar date.

4. Closet Transformation:
   On the day of your appointment, I’ll work hands-on to declutter, organize, and style your closet to create a space that’s both functional and inspiring. Additional costs may apply for larger spaces, extensive wardrobes, or travel.

5. Final Payment Upon Completion:
   The remaining 50% of the fee is due on the day of your transformed closet.
