At our consignment store, we strive to balance customer satisfaction with fairness to our consignors, who are paid out as soon as their items are sold. This policy ensures we can uphold our commitments to all parties while maintaining a smooth operation.

In-Store Sales

• All in-store sales are FINAL.

Shipping Orders

• Clothes and shoes may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

Pickup Orders

• Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Clothes and shoes may be returned within 7 days of payment.
• Items not picked up within 14 days will be subject to refund via an e-gift card for the total amount of the specific item(s).
  • E-gift cards have a 1-year expiration.

Additional Policies

• All items sold at a discounted rate are FINAL SALE — no returns or exchanges.
• Non-clothing and non-shoe items are also considered FINAL SALE.
• Please note: All dimensions provided are approximate and not guaranteed for accuracy.
