The $50 Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Selective Seconds, an Indiana-based business (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers, directors, and representatives of Selective Seconds, as well as their immediate family members and members of their household, are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 21,2026 and ends on August 22. 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the entry requirements provided by Selective Seconds in the official Giveaway announcement.
Only eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period will be considered.
Unless otherwise stated in the official Giveaway announcement, each person may submit one (1) entry.
Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or automated entries may be disqualified.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $50 gift card to Selective Seconds (“Prize”).
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The winner will be selected on or around Monday, August 24, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Selective Seconds' decisions regarding the Giveaway and selection of the winner are final.

Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted via email using the email address provided with their entry.
The potential winner must respond within [48 hours] of the notification email. If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the Prize, Selective Seconds reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random.
Selective Seconds is not responsible for an entrant's failure to receive a notification due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible email address.

General Conditions
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Selective Seconds.
Selective Seconds reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent methods, or otherwise attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the Giveaway.
Selective Seconds reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the proper operation of the Giveaway.

Release of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Selective Seconds and its owners, employees, officers, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the Prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Social Media Disclaimer
If the Giveaway is conducted through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or another social media platform, the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that social media platform.
Participants understand that their information is being provided to Selective Seconds and not to the applicable social media platform.

Privacy
Information collected from entrants will be used for purposes related to administering the Giveaway and contacting the potential winner. Information may also be handled in accordance with Selective Seconds' applicable privacy practices.

Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Winner Announcement
The winner may be announced through Selective Seconds' social media accounts or other official channels after the winner has been verified.
