How to sign up for SimpleACH (Direct Deposit)
We offer direct deposit consignor payouts through a service called SimpleACH. Follow the steps below to enroll.
Step 1: Log in to your consignor account
Go to your consignor login page here.
Step 2: Open the SimpleACH tab
Once you’re logged in, select the "SimpleACH" tab.
Mobile tip: If you are using a phone browser, tap the menu in the top right corner to find the SimpleACH tab.
Step 3: Enter your banking information
In the SimpleACH section, follow the prompts to enter and confirm your banking details. Be sure to complete all account connection steps.
Step 4: Confirm you're fully enrolled
Once all steps are completed, your account will be connected and we’ll be able to send payouts to you via direct deposit.
Important notes about SimpleACH
- Fee: SimpleACH deducts a $2.50 fee per payout from your consignor balance.
- Payout limits: SimpleACH only processes deposits between $5.01 and $10,000.
- Timing: Deposits typically transfer in 2–5 business days.
- SimpleACH does not allow self-initiated withdrawals. If you need a payout sooner than the first week of the month or before the payout threshold has been met, including an early SimpleACH deposit prior to our monthly $100+ account payout, please submit a request using the payout request form.
- If you’re not yet enrolled in direct deposit: Payouts over $100 will be issued by paper check and are subject to a $5 check fee. Payouts under $100 may be issued in cash or via SimpleACH, provided they meet SimpleACH guidelines.
